So the old lady was giving me an oily the other day, and I really like to stretch out the old lady killer when I am about to paint the walls...

Meaning, I pull the sack down all the way, tightening up the shaft. My lady put the squeeze on that bad boy the other day and it was explosive as usual.

However, after a few hours, I started getting some tugging pains on the right side of my pubic area, just at the top of the actual "sack" portion... not deep down in the testicles..more where the skin starts to become the sack... I almost thought there might have been a slight lump of sorts and it freaked me out.. I damn near passed out looking at it in the bathroom mirror.... that's the shit I can't barely stand...

Any way, seems to be fading.

Is it possible that is was just some backed up semen that didn't get ejaculated completely and stayed in that area?

There's the Vena Cava; conduits of semen that flow to to the penis that can feel lumpy on the genitalia. Testicular Cancer usually involves a single, fixed lump on one testical, not generally on both testes.

One suggestion is not to base your life on sex and worrying about yourself all the time. Concentrate on helping others lest you fall into the trap of being a self centered hypochondriac.
